Dear Figma Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request the cancellation of my recent subscription and a full refund. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding occurred during the checkout process, resulting in an unintended purchase.

I want to clarify that this was entirely accidental, and the product will not be used at all. Because this budget was allocated for other essential expenses, I kindly ask if it would be possible to reverse the charge and return the funds to my original payment method.

We aren’t able to access billing details from this public space, but I can see that our Product Support team has your request. They’re tracking everything under your case number: 2021607, and they'll be able to review the charge from there.
