Refund request for unexpected charge after subscription cancellation

I canceled the automatic payment to terminate the subscription, and the payment was processed today even though it is currently free of charge. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for an unexpected payment.

I can see you’ve already reached out to our support team (ticket #2003310), so our billing team will be able to look into your account directly and confirm exactly why this charge went through.

Just to share some general context in the meantime: when a plan is cancelled, any seat changes or usage from the final billing period can sometimes still generate a charge before the cancellation fully takes effect. You can find more on how this works in our Upgrade or downgrade your plan article, in the "Downgrade or cancel your plan" section.

For anything specific to your account, that's best handled through your support ticket for security and privacy reasons. Someone from the team will follow up with you there directly.

I have no idea what this is for and I have no use for this but somehow I have been charged for this and I didn't authorize or order this I had to create this account to get on here . I don't know how you got my information to begin with and from what I can gather I see that the service is free so that is even more of an anomaly I have no idea how to cancel this or request a refund I submitted a ticket but it's not moving at the speed I need it to and as a buisness owner this could very well cost me my ability to attend a Nationals I race open late model and outlaw sprint I have parts I have to order and if I cannot because of this unauthorized charge I have been preparing for this since last year and I am not going to be a  chill guy if this prevents me from this Race you have no idea how much this will cost me  . i need a refund asap !

I can see there's a Professional plan associated with the account you're contacting us from. While we're not able to handle billing-related inquiries here in the Community forum, I've located the support ticket you submitted (#2006204).

Since you've mentioned that you don't recognize or authorize this charge, the Billing team will investigate the charge and assist with your refund request if appropriate.

I literally created this account to post that message I didn't set anything up so I don't see how this is anything  other than a account that I created just before I posted my message and it's been atleast two days since I created a ticket for this unauthorized charge so I am going to make a police report and have my bank take care of the rest  I see that there are a lot of people who are dealing with this same situation and that is not good for business , I don't even know what this site is nor do I need whatever this is and I will get this taken care of I don't have days and days for fraudulent activities at my expense .
