I have an issue with my Education Plan verification and haven't received any response from the Education team, even after sending multiple emails.SheerID confirmed that I was already verified for the Figma Education offer on September 10, 2025, but my Figma account still shows an error (“verification limit exceeded”), and some of my files are locked.I have emailed education@figma.com several times over the past weeks, but I still haven’t received any reply.  Could someone from the Figma team please help look into this? It’s affecting my work, and I really need my account updated.Thank you in advance!

I'm having a persistent issue linking Figma designs in JiraI’ve tried logging out and back in, switching to a different browser, and checking my connected apps in Figma (I don’t have any). I also don’t see any option to link it. Figma is already connected in Jira, and my colleagues aren’t experiencing this issue, so it appears to be specific to my account.

Hi everyone,I lost my Figma Education status and can’t renew it because the system says I can’t self-verify — it must be verified by my bootcamp. However, I’m taking the UX/UI Design course on Coursera, which doesn’t have administrators who can handle the verification.I only had access to the Figma Education plan for a couple of months before this issue started, and I haven’t been able to renew it since. I already contacted Coursera support, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.Is there any alternative solution directly from Figma to restore my Education status or verify my student account another way?Thanks in advance for your help!

So I’m copy/pasting images from a word document that includes a fair amount of screenshots. They’re clear in the word doc, but when pasted into Figma they’re just destroyed. I haven’t noticed this before, something to do with yesterday’s cloud outage? Or something else? These are not large images so not being resized by the app.

After several prompts, Figma stops rendering anything in the preview window until the app is restarted. It’s manageable when you’re only making a few changes, but when you’re dealing with dozens, it becomes pretty frustrating. A solution would be helpful.Also after couple of restarts the app just changes the font back to inter I assume, but not the correct one, then I have to revert to previous version and all over again.Solution? 

I have some issues with my figma site, that i’ll do in my figma sites. I do the design and published it with connected domain, but all what is see my client is the only banner. Could you tell me the reason of this issue and give an advice how could I fixed it)) 

I opened a case from figma support a few days ago. For them to explain and solve the problem that I made a wrong purchase, but there is still no answer. Does anyone know what I should do?

Have problem on preview prototype but on figma design are fine. 

Even though I waited for a month to figma fix itselfs, it did not happen. So, I’m going to give it a try, since I’m getting increasingly fed up with this issue.The situation:I’m working on the component library for my organisation; I publish the changes made; I then go to the file in which the libary I just updated is used; The is no notification of an update When I check for updates in the assets panel there are updates listed; I klick on “Update” and still nothing happensSo I am stuck with a library that refuses to update. It DOES however update when I close and reopen Figma. Any help here?

I’ve tried evrything and I think is a bug. Here when we hover on the prototype, the text changes to state fill. I was not supposed to do it.And when pressing the button to remove, the button keeps on hover state.  

After adding a couple of new variables, the Publish button remains disabled, and in my connected files, I can't see those new variables added.

This bug is hard to properly describe, but I have a row of images that are set to fill container that keep resetting to fixed width any time I edit a completely different element on the same page. Honestly disappointed how often pretty severe bugs make it into the app these days. Before:  After:

Hi,I have been unable to create a new project. It’s just showing the loading pop up with no action. Tried it on apps, browsers, and mobile browsers showing the same thing. Hi everyone,I used to see a helpful automatic prompt "Find more like [layer name]" whenever I pasted an image into Figma, which made selecting similar layers really convenient. However, recently when I paste images, this prompt no longer appears.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a new setting that controls this feature or has it been removed/changed in a recent update?Also, are there any shortcuts or alternatives to trigger this manually?Thanks in advance for any insights! 

Black screen when I open the app, but it's fine in the web version. Reinstalling the app and clearing the cache didn't help

I’ve recently been using a typeface in Figma and noticed that when stylistic alternates are selected that kerning is no longer applied between stylistic alternates and default glyphs.I have included an image below which shows text rendered in InDesign (with the typeface’s default kerning options) in black and the text rendered in Figma in red. In the left example, the characters are spaced exactly as expected using the kerning from the type designer. They are the same in both applications. In the right example, the red text rendered in Figma no longer applies the kerning found between the alternate lowercase a and o, or the alternate lowercase t and lowercase o – even though these kerning pairs are present in the typeface and render in InDesign. If I overlay the black and red text samples, the left example (no alternates) aligns perfectly, whereas the text containing alternates does not.I’ve checked several other OpenType typefaces that I own that contain stylistic alternates and the i

Hey,Till yesterday Github Push was working fine in Figma Make. Just now when I tried to push the new changes, its showing me a “Failed” error. So I disconnected and tried to create a new repository, but its showing an error again - “Failed to create repository”Could you please let me know whats the issue? and pass this to the team?ITS KINDA URGENT UPDATE:The repo is being created but its not getting connected.
