However, the only option it gives me is to pay for a subscription.This project was originally linked to an educational program, but it was never actually developed under that condition. Now, the platform is charging me for subscriptions that don’t make sense, since this status no longer applies.The most critical part is that, because of this limitation, I can’t even edit files shared by others, which is disrupting my work.Please verify my account status and remove this restriction so I can continue using the platform normally, without incorrect charges.Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to your response.Best regards,

Hi communityI’m looking for a response regarding re-verifying my Education Plan. I submitted the form (case number: 1529682) and also reached out to the Help Center, but I haven’t received a response yet.Just to give a bit of context: I’m enrolled in a bootcamp, and the official organization has already submitted all members’ emails for re-verification. However, my Figma account still shows that I need to re-verify, and I’m not sure what steps to take next.Has anyone experienced something similar, or could point me in the right direction? Thank you so much!

Building a web game, trying to add graphics e.g. “space-background.jpg”. When I upload the JPG to Figma Make, it resaves it as a file just containing this code:figma:asset/53d0d0f172d5f8e4c99f47eb4ebdbfd60ab79429.png This then fails to load in the app test pages.

I want to convert a team’s education plan to free plan (since most of my team members don’t have the educational plan).I’ve tried contacting Figma support during this past week, but still haven’t received a reply.

Hi,I recently filled out the form about my high school not being in the Figma list of high schools, and I do get an email telling me my school got verified. But when I tried to verify the education status again, the system still shows “ You must apply with your school email to continue.”My account is using my school email, and I tried logging out and back in but still no success.

Since I changed my email alias, I can no longer receive verification emails. My Hotmail alias has already been changed to Outlook, and I’m unable to switch it back to Hotmail, so I can’t receive the verification email. Is there anyone who can help me recover my account? Hi. I have recently been building a website in Figma Sites and come across a little issue. I created some custom Figma Make interactions, that animate text on scrolling the page which work perfectly when previewing within Figma, but when viewing the published site in Safari and Google Chrome, those interactions do not work. Is there a reason for this, or am I doing something wrong. Please help!Thanks

On the Safari Version 26.0 (21622.1.22.11.14) I can not assigned any seat types for different users.Workaround is using an other browser.

Hi,Please, I would like to report an issue with Figma and Figjam. I didn’t found anyone else taking about this specifically.WhatWhen pasting a frame with component instances from Figma to Figjam, some components get reset to the default state. DetailsThe frame contains component instances and nested components inside, with it’s instances changed. For example, an app UI with the entire header or top navigation as a component, and the buttons inside it are nested components with icons. The icons are reset to default.When I modify the instanced icon to anything else, copy, then paste to Figjam, the icon is retained, I can even change back to the previous icon, and it will paste correctly in Figjam. Apparently, I have to force a change in the instance, and it will be retained. The problem is that there are far too many frames and instances for me to “shake it” and make it work. Without knowing the issue, I don’t know exactly if I can prevent it from happening again. This has been forcing u

I started having a problem with my Figma. When you select the crop tool ou click multiple times on a photo, the edit menu opens up.The “edit menu” im talking about, is the one that you can change de shadows, tint, temperature and stuff like that. It is where you choose to change the color, gradiant, photo…I dont know why, but this panel isn’t opening for me the right way. I've noticed that adding video to a Figma site (using the new "Fill in Figma" sites feature) isn't supported or is completely broken. It's a mess to try and implement — there's no straightforward way to embed or play videos properly.In contrast, Framer handles video support very well — it's easy and seamless to integrate video backgrounds or media sections. It would be great if Figma could match that level of functionality. Right now, it's a major limitation for building modern, media-rich web experiences directly in Figma.Expected Behavior: Ability to embed videos in Figma Sites Support for background videos and inline media Clean playback and responsive behavior Actual Behavior: No native video support Workarounds are clunky or ineffective Makes building modern web pages difficult Please consider adding full video support in Figma Sites — it's essential for many use cases and currently a big gap compared to Framer.

I’m a programme manager and teacher at Oslo Nye Fagskole in Norway. I was granted an educational licence about a year ago, but recently I’ve started receiving repeated emails warning that my licence is expiring. Each time, I follow the link in the email to confirm my eligibility. When I click it, I get the message: “You’re in! You are now verified with Figma for Education.” However, a few days later, I receive the same expiry warning again. What to do… tried to contact support then get a message I can only get help through this support forum   Thanks in advance for your help!

Emojis are not appearing in the comment box of the Figma desktop app on macOS. They display correctly on Figma Web, but in the Mac app they don’t appear.

Hi,although Figma App has been closed and no Broswers is running (there should be no Figma App running on the desktop) it still consumes a lot of memory (0.25GB !)    

The Supabase Figma OAuth integration appears to have been broken after recent deprecation of `files:read`. Supabase itself is appending `files:read` scope to the OAuth initiation URL which appears not to be a valid scope for the OAuth app I have, despite the email mentioning there’s a grace period until mid-November for the switch-over. This has now broken a lot of important flows in the platform that I’m building, thus it’s not even possible to submit the OAuth app for review to publish it publicly, as well.

My other account has been suspended. I have also reported the problem to the official via email, but it has not been resolved until now. There are a lot of files in my account, which has seriously affected my work and caused huge financial losses.
