Issue with Student Verification & Sheer ID

Hello Figma Team, 

I’m a student from Northeastern University, Boston campus. I’m having a bit of an issue verifying my student account for Figma, even though I have official information to verify my status, and now exceeded the number of attempts. 

 

I looked up multiple forum posts about similar cases as mine, and the advice I read is to contact SheerID support directly & ask them to reset my attempts. I followed the troubleshooting steps that Ariadna provided for me, but I still don’t have student access :(

Hey ​@Megan Le - sorry for the confusion here. I want to make sure I get a full picture of what’s going on if your scenario.

SheerID mentioned you were actually able to successfully verify on 9/5 -- are you not able to apply your education plan to a team as listed on step 3 here?

Or did you get the approval, and then lose access again after 9/5?

Hi, 

I lost access again after 9/5. I filled out the form and they told me that I had no more verification attempts left. This is the email I got when I asked for help and exceed my verification attempts. I still not able to edit my documents that are shared from my peers.
