How to restore a team

Hello!
I have a very unpleasant situation. I accidentally deleted a team that contained all my work files. The email address associated with my account was unable to receive an email with a link to restore the team because the email's storage space was full. I have since cleared the email's storage, but the email has not been received. I urgently need to regain access to this team, and I am pleading with you for assistance. The email address that did not receive the email is [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

If the original restore email wasn’t delivered, Figma will automatically send another reminder email about a week before the restore link is set to expire, so there’s still a chance it will come through now that your inbox has space.

That said, if you’d rather not wait, I can get you connected to our support team. For that you’ll need have any URL related to the deleted team, for example, a link to the team itself or even a link to one of the files that was inside it.
