Experiencing Performance Issues

Same here. Our problems started after last update and switching our Professional subscription from  the monthly payment into the annual payment.
We have the same issues: changing a variant take ages, changing properties - the same, detaching component with nested component it’s impossible, there is error occurring. Some of the components are older, we used them for couple of months before subscription changes and before last Figma update and it was all ok. What is more concerning is that the memory usage is very low arround 12-20%, so there is something more complicated than memory.
I noticed that some people are reporting similar issues after switching from monthly payment into annual one. PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION to this quickly, because we can’t work properly. Some changes are not possible at all.

To help our team investigate more effectively, could you please reply to your ticket email with:

  • Whether this is happening only in a supported browser, only in the desktop app, or in both

  • Screen recordings that show the issues you’re experiencing, with the full Figma window visible

This will help our specialists better understand what’s happening and move the investigation forward.
