To narrow things down, could you please check the following for me:
Does this happen in the app only or in a browser, or both? Can you check and confirm if you see the same problem in any other browsers you have on your computer? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Does this also happen on another network, like a mobile hotspot? If it’s just happening on one network, you may need to adjust your proxy VPN or firewall settings as shown in Technical troubleshooting tips.
If the above doesn’t resolve the issue, please try uninstalling the Figma desktop app and reinstalling it from: https://www.figma.com/downloads/?. Additionally, could you check whether the Figma Beta app works for you? You’ll find the Beta download option on the same page above.
