I have submitted K-12 education EDU verification several time with no response. I did this immediately when I was first notified and also 2 more times over several months and I have received no response. I have spoken to other teachers in my district who have also experienced this same issue.

I understand you’re having trouble with the K–12 Education verification process as an educator.
Is this for individual use? If so, please double-check the following:
- Make sure you’re logged into Figma with your .edu email address.
- Complete the application form using that same .edu email address.
- If verification fails, please submit the High School domain review form.
