I cannot use education plan even though I am verified

Hello,

I cannot use my education plan eventhough I am verified as a student. 
I have been verified before, and in summer figma sent my an email that I need to re-verfiy my student status. I did that and sheerID confirmed with me that my student status is still fine and I should be able to continue like normal.
They also stated in the email that I will receive an email from figma about how to set up my education plan etc but I never received that email. I also tried to contact the customer support but I never got a reply.

I also chatted with the AI support but that lead to nothing. I can access my files and edit them with the free plan. I have been invited to an education team by a fellow student. They have the educatio plan and it works just fine. When I open a file in that team it tells me I need to verify my status in order to not lose access. But when I go to my account under role it tells me I have the “education” role. When I want to verify my status via the button that pops up when I want to access a file, I run into the issue of “verification limit exceeded”. I have no idea what I can do to fix this.
