Hello,
I am using the Free plan and do not have any paid subscription.
I received a failed charge attempt of €18.30 on my card (Hype) from FIGMA.
Please confirm that my account has no active subscription and remove any saved payment method associated with my account.

Just to make sure I understand:

You received notification of an attempted charge on your end, and you never intended to purchase a subscription. Is that correct?

If so, I did some preliminary research, and I do see that you may have 2 Figma accounts, and that one is potentially being billed. I can’t confirm exact transactions, but our support team should be able to help get this situated.

I also saw that you have a support ticket filed, and you already included all of the info from this topic on it. I’m going to escalate it on my end, and someone should be in touch soon. Thank you for your patience!
