Hello,  I accidentally activated a Dev seat on my Professional plan and would like to request a refund or invoice adjustment.  Details:  - Account email: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]  - Charge amount: $8.5 (prorated Dev seat charge - maybe -)  - Reason: I accidentally clicked and activated a Dev seat that I don't need and haven't used (assigned less than 30 minute and never used)  Could you please cancel this charge from my upcoming(25/12/25) invoice?  Thank you for your assistance.

I no longer have access to my old account, [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] or the google account that was used to set it up. This account has so much of my work that I need to get into. Whilst I had access to this old account, I did send invitations to my new account, however these links have expired and are now invalid.

I have a $35 debt because I forgot to cancel my subscription, and I didn't access the website during that time. Can I delete my account and have that debt waived?

Figma Make is breaking whenever I want to try point- and-edit as well as prompt with attached image for design reference. This had started recently ! Earlier it was smoothly working. And it is happening even with fresh license with enough ai credits. Can someone help as this is significantly slowing down the design process, so much so, I had to get back to Figma Design to keep working on design assignments.

hello! I'm trying to insert an image using the google sheet plug-in, but it keeps getting error fetching image. I've tried re-creating google sheets, and re-creating pygma pages, but they keep saying errors.The text is applied, but only the picture is faulty. Please help me  

I am working with components which have texts. While using the instances of those components everything works fine. But if I go inside of the main component and change the styling of a super-index or * character, let’s say I made the whole text block bold, the instances are broken. Could Figma prevent this bug please? We should be able to style super-index numbers1 and stars *

Getting blank page while trying to open figma  . 

“All libraries” should be a list of the collections-I think there’s an error on the libraries dropdown which only displays “All libraries” instead of listing the different collections. I know we have the option to search and scroll but, What is the purpose of the dropdown anyways if it displays “All libraries” always?, you can remove it and it won’t affect anything, but if you can choose the collections then it would much better.Relying on the search functionality is ok, but the mouse is a strong option to pick the right collection and then choose. Please consider it.

Am I being stupid? Surely it has this basic feature…..

The After Delay interaction has suddenly stopped working in all of my Figma projects. It fails to trigger in any file, including existing ones where it previously worked.This issue does not affect other teammates, even in projects that use the same design system within the same organization.I have already tried: Clearing cache and restarting Figma Reopening files and duplicating them Reapplying the interaction Following common suggestions found online and in forum threads So far, none of these steps resolved the issue.Is this a known bug, account-specific issue, or environment-related problem? Hi, can you please tell me if there is a limit on the number of people who can edit a free team file?

I have some kind of inappropriate memory error in my workspace - a crash in debug mode - "memory usage".I have a workspace with three pages, and they've been working on it for a year - no errors.I've done this, and there are a few photos left - the memory is 80% full.I've tried to fix it many times, but the result is the same. I need to delete everything, and only then will the error stop appearing.I did it through Help - troubleshooting - "reload all tabs" and "reset figma and restart". It didn't work. And I literally cleared the memory every time in debug mode - it went down to +- 30%, and it still gave me an error that it was 80+% full.

Hi I’ve been a Figma user for the past 3-4 years, all of which I have been using the education plan. However this year I changed schools, and my school email does not accept third party emails. This means that I cannot receive any email confirmation emails, when trying to change my account email to my school email in order to be eligible for the education plan. I have tried contacting Figma by email a couple times with no answer.I would really appreciate if this issue could be resolved since I use Figma on a daily basis. Thank you.

We recently paid for a Full Seat for the space, but now it has been reset to a Free plan. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Yesterday, December 20th, I was charged $40. I would like to know, firstly, why this is, since the payment I made on November 20th was only $3.Secondly, I would like to know if my plan has been canceled, as I no longer require a professional plan and I don't see the need to be charged $40, which I won't be using.I need help confirming whether my professional plan has been properly canceled.

  I know there are a ton of topics on ghost components. But I have THREE different ghosts of a button in my library.It has been a loing journey to master this button through variable collections, but the control with only a minimal amount of variants is amazing!But the ghosts? I cannot escape the ghosts.Only ONE of the buttons is actually placeable as an asset.One is placeable but trying to go to source says “Restore component,” so this one is a ghost.Here is the weird...the other two buttons throw this bonzo error.“You can't add an instance of a shared component into the document from which the shared component was published if the original component was deleted.”Someone explain that one.   

I’m not sure if this was intentionally left off or it’s not fully rolled out. 

My Figma files are stuck in prototype view mode and my Figjam is stuck on a blue screen. I am unable to edit or see any projects. (this is only an issue on my desktop, I am able to see them while on my iphone 12 mini) I don't seem to have the buttons for getting out of prototype mode, zooming out doesn't locate the work, and escape doesn't exit the viewer mode. Help!
