I payed after i cancelled my plan

i have cancelled my subscription before the renewal, the day of the renewal i got charged of 18,30 euros even though my projects (made with the previous plan) were all locked and my plan was and still is the free one.

I want to know if i can get my money back and also have a confirmation that i won’t be charged anymore.

Im available for any addictionary information.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the context. I understand that you saw a charge of €18.30 even though you have cancelled your subscription before the renewal.

I’ve taken a look on my end, and this charge appears to be a prorated Professional Full seat charge tied to the previous billing period (Mar 5–Apr 5),

Just to clarify how this works:

  • Figma doesn’t offer prorated refunds when a plan is canceled mid-cycle
  • If you’re on a monthly plan, the seat remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for
  • Any prorated charges for seats that weren’t billed during the previous billing term are added to the next invoice. This is expected billing behavior.
