Request to Release Concordia Email for Reuse

Hi Figma Support,

I previously had a Figma account with my Concordia University email (@concordia.ca) and deleted it. I am now unable to sign up again with the same email and receive the error "Your request has failed."

Could a Support Specialist please fully release this email so I can register a new account?

I understand that you want to create a new Figma account using your previous Concordia University email. How long ago did you delete your account? Sometimes, it take up to 24 hours to become available again. Did it ever fix itself?
