I'm no longer a student and my Education plan has expired. My team is now locked, but I only have 3 or fewer files in the team. I've tried refreshing and logging back in, but the team remains locked and I'm seeing a message to "Verify your Education status to keep collaborating." Since I'm no longer eligible for the Education plan, I'd like to transition to the Starter plan. Can you help me unlock my team?

You’re absolutely right about the Starter plan limits too, it allows up to 3 files per project and 1 project per team. However, when an Education plan expires, the team can get locked behind that verification step, and unfortunately there isn’t a way to manually switch it back to a Starter team from your side.
I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you (ticket #1838205). Our team will take a closer look and help get your team unlocked or transitioned so you can access your files again.
