Refund request to accidental annual

Hi Figma support!I'm a Brazilian citizen and I accidentally made a purchase on the Figma website, thinking the amount was in Brazilian Reais, but I received a huge charge converted to dollars.This transaction happened an hour ago and I didn't use any platform features. I kindly ask if you could respond as soon as possible to process the refund.Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out regarding a refund - I can understand why you were confused about the currency used for purchases. We have an article in our help center that covers which currencies we use for billing
