I have created the prototypes to show the storyboard in the website hero. So I used click as the interaction between the storyboard so people can go through the storyboard in the preview mode.It worked for a long time. And all of the sudden the prototype is broken, the images keep going back and forth between image 2 and 3 when I click it. Can someone help me to take a look?
👋🏻 Hi guys, I’ve run into what seems like a bug while working with the new slots feature in Figma components, and I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this.I’m currently implementing slots in my components and really like the concept so far. However, I’m facing an issue that makes the feature unreliable for my use case.The issue:Sometimes (not consistently), when I place a component with a hover interaction into a slot and preview the frame, the hover states inside that slot don’t trigger at all. Hey team, Every time I switch between files, I can see autolayout frames that are used as titles for my screens keep resizing to hug the text? The frame is set to a fixed width, with the text property set to fill. Not sure why this happens, but as soon as I click into the text itself, the frame resizes back to how I’d expect it?
Hello, I’m using Figma desktop and browser. I made a design I liked in Make, than proceeded to click on the “copy design” icon. And when I paste it in a file, a lot of elements are missing (text, graphics...) Tried emptying cache, checking network, closing/opening the file then setting a size (1440*1024px for example) then copying it, copying in a mobile view, copying after dcrolling all the way down the page. the make version The copied versionI already checked the guide. I happens every time I want to copy this design. Tried with another one (juste one), seems to work, so the issue seems to be with the particular file. Can you help me please ? thanks

I’m having issues trying to purchase 1 additional ticket for Config. I already purchased 2 tickets (1 for me and 1 for a team member) but now a new team member is joining in June and I’m looking to purchase a ticket for them.The issue is that there seems to be no way to purchase an additional ticket when I’ve already purchased group tickets. Every time I log in, I get redirected and am not able to enter the purchase flow. Ideally, there would be a way for me to purchase a ticket so that I can add it under the same company. Please urgently suggest best course of action as I know that May 22nd is the last day for refunds and I am not sure if I’m able to refund and repurchase as a group of 3 config tickets (instead of 2).

Hello, I just cancelled my business subscription that I signed up for on April 14th.I paid €6 for the month, and I don't want to continue using this subscription next month.However, after cancelling my subscription in the settings, I see that I still owe €34.33 starting tomorrow, which I don't understand since I cancelled everything.I didn't assign Full seats to anyone and I switched to View plan: why do I owe this amount next month? Please explain this to me.
Hello Figma Team,I accidentally got two full seats when I actually just wanted to invite two classmates to the file for a group project where we don’t use any of the full subscription features. I’ve cancelled it now as I found out but I’m getting billed 103,26 euros. I would really appreciate if an exception can be made in this case or at least a lower rate/subscription (collab) can be billed which actually mates the features that’ve been used by them.I thank you for your time in advance
I am a student currently enrolled in the Figma Education plan. Due to an intensive univeristy exam project with an upcoming deadline on January 23rd , I think I have exhausted AI credits sooner than expected.Since the AI features are essential for the specific workflow required by my UX UI course, I am kindly asking if it would be possible to grant an exceptional, one-time reset of my AI credit balance for the current month, or if there’s any way to add them.This would be a huge help in allowing me to complete my academic requirements on time. I have configured my .npmrc file as directed on the admin/resources/npm-registry page. I’m having an issue with Figma where every time I submit a prompt using the AI/chat feature, the request fails and a red error banner appears saying:“Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again.”My internet connection is working normally, and this issue happens consistently despite: trying both the desktop app and browser version switching Wi-Fi networks using a mobile hotspot restarting Figma/browser The prompt does not generate a response and immediately returns the connection error. Other internet services work fine, so the issue seems specific to Figma’s AI/request system rather than my actual connection.Has anyone found a fix for this or knows what causes it?
I have an education plan that is supposed to be free, but I keep getting charges on my card!! There is no cancel button, and I already sent an email to the helpdesk, but they won’t respond. Please, how do I stop this!?

use_figma` tool not appearing in Claude Code despite all MCP servers connectedI used it a total of 16 times before, but something changed in the past 10 days to 2 weeks.I need to escalate this please. I am completely blocked.I need both read and write access to all variables in my Figma files.The MCP config in ~/.claude.json is correct — https://mcp.figma.com/mcp is registered as figma. And the tool has been used 16 times before from this machine (usageCount: 16), so it's not an account/eligibility issue.use_figma is still not appearing. However, get_variable_defs did return live variable data from that node. I can see variable paths but not collection names directly.use_figma is still not showing up. The standard MCP tools can read variable values for a selected node (which worked — I got data back) but they can't enumerate variable collection names.What I got from get_variable_defs — variable paths visible from node 78:506:Colors/Primary/*, Colors/Secondary/*, Colors/Fueled Additions
This is the most infuriating thing—more often than not, I'm working WITH the variables menu open. And as I'm selecting and unselecting layers using the ESC button, why does it default to closing the variables panel? If I want to close it, I'll just hit the close button. The ESC key is VERY commonly used during a regular workflow—why would opening a variables panel COMPLETELY override it?! Terrible UX for a design tool company :(

As soon as I realized the purchase, I immediately canceled the subscription within 24 hours.I have not used any paid Figma features, and this subscription was made by mistake. We have tried to complete the payment using 4 different cards, but all of them were declined by the system. We kindly request immediate assistance regarding this issue.Even though there is no problem related to us, we constantly receive the error message "your card has been declined".
