Cancel Figma config ticket and refund

Hi,

I need a cancellation and refund of my Figma Config 2026 ticket. I have raised  tickets and haven’t got any response. It’s already been 15days. This process shouldn’t be this hard.
Latest case number 1886785 Please help.
