Dear Figma Support Team,
I am writing regarding Invoice XPJMCMG6-0009 (dated May 12, 2026) for $92.04 USD, billed to my account under (redacted by the moderator due to PII) (ABS Posters).
My usual monthly charge is $47.20 USD (Invoice XPJMCMG6-0008) for 2 Professional Full seats. However, this month I was charged $92.04 — nearly double — due to a 3rd Professional Full seat that was added on April 15, 2026 without my knowledge or intention.
The 3rd seat was added by mistake and has not been used at all. Only 1 member has actively been using the Figma paid features throughout this period.
I have already downgraded the 3rd seat to Viewer-Restricted to prevent any future charges.
Given that:
• The seat was added unintentionally
• The seat was never used
• I have now removed it immediately upon discovering the error
I kindly request a revision of Invoice XPJMCMG6-0009 and a refund of the overcharged amount of $44.84 USD (the difference between $92.04 and my usual $47.20).
