Subject: Urgent Account Suspension Appeal & File Recovery Request -(redacted by the moderator due to PII)

Dear Figma Support Team,

I am writing to urgently appeal the suspension of my Figma account (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

This is my primary, day-to-day working account, and all of my ongoing design projects and critical files are stored within it. Today, I was suddenly locked out of my account with a notification stating it has been suspended. I received no prior warning or explanation regarding this action.

To give you some context: because my project requirements expanded, I needed to upgrade to the Pro plan. Since I do not possess a credit card capable of international payments, I unfortunately resorted to a third-party service provider to handle the subscription payment for one month. I now realize this may have inadvertently violated Figma’s Terms of Service regarding unauthorized payment methods. I sincerely apologize for this oversight, as it was never my intention to breach your policies. If necessary, I am more than willing to cooperate fully to resolve any payment issues or settle any outstanding balances through an approved method.

This sudden suspension has completely halted my workflow and severely impacted my current professional projects.

If immediate account reinstatement is not possible, I urgently request that your team temporarily grant me access or assist me in exporting my files and design assets. My livelihood depends entirely on the work stored in this account, and I cannot afford further disruptions to my clients' timelines.

I deeply appreciate your time and understanding in reviewing this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

  • any relevant billing or payment details

  • the explanation you shared here regarding the third-party payment service

  • the urgency around your project files and inability to access client work
