When you say the app is not working, could you share a bit more about what you’re seeing? For example:
Are AI features now greyed out or unavailable?
Is the Figma desktop app failing to load or crashing?
Are you seeing any error messages?
Did the issue start immediately after your AI credits ran out?
I can see you’re currently on the Professional plan, so one possibility is that your team has exceed their included credits. When that happens, paid AI features can stop working until credits reset or additional credits are added by an admin.
Admins can purchase more AI credits in two ways:
a recurring monthly AI credit subscription
pay-as-you-go AI usage billing (Support for Professional plans will be added in May 2026)
