If I attempt to adjust a gradient by dragging the bar ends, the bar just vanishes. Sometimes if I catch the bar end just right, I can drag the gradient around visually, but without seeing the UI bar that represents the angle of it, I have no point of reference and there’s no guarantee I’ve actually clicked on it. Most the time it just vanishes.Restarted, checked for updates (none), restart again… same behavior.Windows 11Related video evidence:  

I export variables from Figmas native export function via the variables panel, but when i try to re-import it it says encountered errors, or imported 2 out of 256 variables successfully. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature broken?

When I export some small social media ads (1400x1800/1440x2560 pixels) they are ok, when I export individually, but if I export 3 at the same time, some of the images are missing.I’ve cleared space on my laptop, as that was suggested as a solution, and have installed the latest desktop version of figma.Issue also happens when I’m using browser version.It’s not happening for my work colleagues who are working on same account, so it’s just me.Any suggestions?

I recently faced a major issue while launching my website built with Figma Make. My site was live, but Google wasn’t indexing any pages — and it took me quite some time to figure out why. Here’s what happened and how I fixed it 👇 ❌ Problem 1: sitemap.xml & robots.txt not workingAfter publishing, both URLs were showing “Not Found”.I tried multiple fixes inside Figma but nothing worked. ✅ Solution:I used Cloudflare Workers to host these files properly. - Connected my domain via DNS (Hostinger → Cloudflare)- Deployed sitemap.xml & robots.txt through Cloudflare- URLs started working perfectly --- ❌ Problem 2: Pages not indexing (Noindex issue)Even after fixing sitemap, Google Search Console showed “Excluded by noindex” 😵 This was frustrating because everything else looked correct. --- ✅ Final Root Cause (Most Important)In Figma Make settings, I had enabled: 👉 “Exclude from search engine results” This means: «Figma was explicitly telling Google NOT to index my website» --- 💡 Fin

My plugin is still under review. It’s been more than 2weeks. Usually it gets approved in few business days. Can anyone from figma can support me?

Please cancel my subscription, I tried to cancel it but it wasn’t clear what I’ve done , I need my money back.  

Figma stopped working, and I found the only solution is to reinstall it.Now I don’t have recently used plug ins (on dekstop app and in web app) - list of previously used plug ins from months ago that I would like to use and I don’t remember their names.I would imagine this problem will touch many people, maybe there would be a way to keep what was used in the web app (online) just as a name list assigned to the user?Small thing, could improve many people’s lives.

When encapsulating components, if a child component is placed inside a slot, after setting the toggle switch for the child component, the slot will be marked as edited. This causes all the controls of the child component to disappear. The expected behavior is that editing the child component (such as turning off an icon, removing a border, etc.) should not be considered as editing the slot, allowing continuous editing of the child component.

When I click on the prototype button, two windows open. The first window remains blank, and the second window always starts at the beginning of the flow. Previously, it was possible to start from a specific screen within the flow. The loading time also seems slower.

How can I fully remove myself from an inactive Figma team project? The project owner is not active, and I need assistance from the Figma support team to completely take it off my profile.

There has to be a better customer support system for paying customers. I opened a ticket on April 8 (1851470) simply asking that the account I pay for have the email updated as I lost access to the email domain used when I set up the account on SSO. Due to technical error, I was asked to recreate/open another ticket (1838459). In both tickets, I have provided ALL PROOF of account ownership (invoices, business license, credit card used, file names, seats I pay for, etc.). My issue has been open for nearly 14 DAYS and has been passed to 3 different people asking for identical info that is already attached to both of the tickets! I am a freelancer, so in the meantime all of my other client projects aren't accessible to me at this time. It is crippling my project deadlines on these client accounts. How is there NO PATH TO ESCALATION? I am about to quit Figma entirely. This is turning into the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any software company. HELP ME!

I uploaded exactly same document as other students in the same Class. They all passed and get the status verified except me. I try everything but just get rejected

Recently I was unable to upload or add any images or file within my system to the figma make (Add images or files) option for further processing. If anyone knows any solution for this then please help me out!

There used to be hovers in the variables window where you could check if the sematic you used is correct. For instance: is [scale100] 4px or 8px?But now there is no more hover in the variables window, where did it go? It wasn’t perfect but better than having to switch to the primitives set every time you’re not sure which token to use...

I’m having some problems with Figma slots as it seems to not fully support nested component Boolean properties.The situation is that I have componentA with slot and componentB with slot, then nest componentA instance inside componentB’s slot. The issues happen when I try to work with the elements inside the slot of componentA instance. The layer panel looks like below.  Here are the issues:Boolean property doesn’t support all elements inside instance slots. Only the component instances support it, the texts & frame don’t. Value of boolean properties doesn’t effect the elements. E.g. when the value is false, the element is not hidden. Also, detaching property from the elements doesn’t work. Boolean properties are listed for Component B but say they’re not used within. However, deleting the properties will also detach them from the elements. This means that boolean properties for the elements are recognized by the main component, just not correctly. Hi! I’m having an issue where when I select multiple separate frames at the same time and export them together (not grouped, each frame has clip content selected) some of the frames will be missing content that is inside of them. For example the first frame will be fine, but the second frame will be missing one image even though it is inside the frame layer I exported. If I export each frame one at a time, this is not happening. I’m not sure what my issue is and have reinstalled figma. I do this many times a day for work and it has just become a problem for me. It is happening in the desktop app and browser.
