Boost resolution used to be my favorite tool because clients send horrible images and it was very useful! Now it basically it does not work.. It looks like it messes the quality rather then making it better

First off, I notice that when I edit a certain components, UNDO does nothing to it. A Few hours later, the component simply vanishes. It just dissapears. What the f$#@ figma? This bug existed in the past, you figured it would be a good idea to bring it back? Are you kidding me? All the beta crap and the same bugs?
Hello, this is my first time using Figma and i’ve been trying to redeem my student benefit. I am in no way trying to exploit the system but it just wouldn’t work and the email that i got from Sheer ID is rather not usefull, i feel angry because the link that they send via email as the last step for verification just wouldnt work on my end. Now will emailing sheer id even work anymore?
I upgraded to professional license many months back and I continue to not see any of the AI options. I tried looking for ways to enable this in admin, but the setting area does not have any option to enable it. What is going wrong here? Can somebody help ASAP? No options to enable AI.

Dear figma team, Google automatically add an account with @gmail.com but i think in your database, the oauth gmail is still the original which means i login with the same account, i am entering an new account(because google gives you the new email) , instead of my old account, Help! your LLM fig doesn’t help i think human support is still necessary, thanks!

On January 19, I purchased the Professional Collab Seats plan. One day, I decided to check out the other available plans and accidentally changed my plan to the Professional plan. On February 19, I was asked to pay for the upgrade, as expected. After spending a long time trying to figure out what had happened, I came to the conclusion that it occurred while I was trying to check things out. Today, February 21, while chatting, I sent a message to Support about canceling the Professional plan. However, they canceled the plan I had paid for. Please restore the plan I paid for. I had a Figma account using my college email id and i deleted it and then created a new account using the same email id so that i can verify in the professional plan but that didn’t happen and i am again trapped in the starter pack so i thought of deleting my second account too but its not happening, it keeps on showing “An error occurred while trying to delete your account” after this i tried to change my email to a personal one but then when i am trying to verify it keeps on showing “your link is expired or malfunctioned”Please help me out, i am falling behind in class due to the starter pack so i desperately need to delete this account.P.S.: I have no subscriptions or billing going on

I was using pen tool to draw a curve, somehow when I pressed “alt” trying to edit the curve through anchor handle, it didn’t work if the anchor handle I is the last one of the vector or line. It’s really a big problem and slowing down my work. Did I accidentally change the setting or it’s a bug ?
I have been trying to apply for the Figma Education plan, and I’m currently a student at Arizona State University. I’m enrolled in six classes this semester, and I need access to the education plan for my upcoming coursework for the second session. However, my account is not being approved by SheerID.I’ve already submitted multiple forms of verification to SheerID, including: My tuition receipts My current class schedule My online student ID card (it is just my face and they don’t record the year.) A photo of my current student dashboard (It has my name and classes for the semester.) I also reached out to SheerID, but they informed me that they could not assist further and closed my assistance ticket. At this point, I’m unsure what else I can do. I am an active, enrolled student, and I genuinely need this plan for my classes. Is there any way we can resolve this issue or verify my eligibility another way?Thank you for your time and help.

A few team members of our organization has been working on a prototype design project with our Figma file, but this morning, all of us have lost access to the file. And none of us could find anything in the trash folder, even with the file owner account. When we click back the original link, it says “This design file may have been deleted, moved, or made unavailable. Try reaching out to the file owner”. But none of us has deleted, or moved it. Now we could not find the file anywhere, and we have not received any deletion confirmation email either.

I made a payment for an annual subscription of Figma Professional Colab seat. While the funds did get deducted from My MPESA account, there seems to have been an issue on Figma’s side with reflecting that since I got an email saying the subscription payment failed. How do I confirm receipt of funds or reversal and whether or not my account will be activated?
