Hello, the last invoice payment was not processed because another high amount payment. Now the credit on the card is enough. Will be another automatic payment attempt by your side ?

 

I was in chat with “AI dumb agent” and it told me that issue was created, but nothing happened. The link is not working.

Hello, 

 

I didn’t received any e-mail, I’ve already checked the spam folder. That's why I wrote here. 

 

At Figma help I found that if payment fails, Figma will try repeatedly to process it until 21 days. But we still see in Figma app big notice, that payment is due and it’s there for days. I don’t want to use direct “payment” button, because I need to put there the card number again and approve the transaction which is not available for me at this moment. So I’d like to know when will Figma do next try to deduct the payment.

From what I can see, the payment was successfully processed on June 18 and your account is now in good standing.
