I did downgrade of the version but it keeps send a message of the payments. I don't want the figma anymore. Solve my subscription problem ASAP.

I can confirm that your subscription has been canceled and will not renew going forward.

If you're receiving a payment notification, it may be related to your current billing period or a recent invoice generated before the cancellation took effect.

You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of your existing billing period. Once that period ends, your team will automatically be downgraded to a free Starter team.

If you'd like to review your billing cycle or subscription details, you can navigate to Admin settings → Billing in Figma. This Help Center article also provides step-by-step guidance on viewing your billing information, renewal details, and invoices:
