Issue with getting in contact with support

Hi, i have now for over a week been trying to submit a ticket via the bot. I have professional sub, so i should be able to get help.

Everytime the bot says that the ticket is made, its gone after that. I never get a confirmation email nor can i see it under my “My Requests”. I Really wanted help with some billing issue, and still need it for that matter. But whatever i do, i cannot submit a ticket or get any help. I have tried 3 separate times, and the ticket is never made, even when the ai bot says it is.
