I completely understand how this must be slowing down your workflow. Are you getting any specific error messages that you can provide in a screenshot? What OS are you using and are you using Figma in the browser or the desktop?

Depending on the error message, I’ll know how to best continue troubleshooting with you.

From the logs you shared, I can see that this is occurring while using Figma in a web browser on Windows.

I've gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so the team can take a closer look. Your ticket number is #1969084. I've also passed along the details from your post, including the screenshots, so the team has the full context of what you've already shared.

To help with the investigation, could you please reply directly to the ticket with:

  • The URL of the affected file, and invite support-share@figma.com with “Can View” access (this won’t impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering).
  • A screen recording showing what happens when you try to open it, if possible
  • Whether the issue occurs in other browsers or an incognito/private window
