I attempted to renew it via Sherid, but I reached the maximum number of verification attempts and cannot proceed further.Could you please help me reset my verification attempts or provide an alternative method to re-verify my student status so I can renew my Education Plan?I need access for educational purposes.Thank you for your support.

Hello Figma community, I'm running into a very strange issue and I wonder if anyone know how to fix it. I have the feeling it is some king of bug or error because this prorotype was working perfectly before and apparently this problem started occuring two days ago.I made an “Accordion” component, made out of “Accordion Header” and “Accordion Content” — the latter can be changed to variants with different number of itens. Also, each item of the “Accordion Content” can be replaced with another component, i'll be using a “List” component to exemplify here. Accordion Component setup (the actual component on the right, and its elements on its left)With this setup, I was able to make an accordin component that can be opened and closed by clicking on its header. Please tell me, if the underline is hardcoded in the style and the color has been changed from Auto to a variable - I can't find how to revert to Auto, it only lets me choose another variable, it doesn't delete with backspace, I can't find it in general.

Hello Figma Support,I am writing to formally dispute charges applied to my account related to Dev Mode and Full Seat upgrades.I did not intentionally upgrade my seat.Here is exactly what occurred: I accessed a file shared by another user. That file was associated with Full Seat features. Without any clear confirmation, warning, or explicit consent, my account was automatically upgraded. I became aware of this only the following day. Upon discovery, I immediately reverted my account back to Collab mode. Despite this, I was charged for both Dev Mode and Full Seat.This situation is highly problematic for the following reasons: The upgrade occurred without explicit user consent. There was no clear or sufficient warning that accessing a file would trigger a paid seat upgrade. Billing was processed immediately, without any reasonable opportunity to review or cancel. I have never invited any team members and have not assigned any additional seats.Despite this, an extra Dev seat and an additional Full seat were automatically added to my account (redacted by the moderator due to PII). Dear Figma Community,I am having trouble verifying my student status again. My university recently changed its name, which also slightly changed the university email domain. Both the old and the new version of the email address still lead to the same inbox, so I receive emails sent to either address.The problem is that my older Figma account, which is connected to the previous university email address, is no longer verified because the student status has expired. I still need access to the projects from that account, especially for my final semester, but I cannot re-verify the student status successfully.I have tried several times and uploaded the required enrollment documents, including both a short and a long version of my certificate of enrollment. However, the verification keeps failing and says that the documents are not sufficient, even though similar documents had worked for verification in the past.I have spent a lot of time trying to solve this, but it still does not work. If i use figma sites to design websites with a professional plan, can I hand over the just the site, minus editing to a client without them having to buy a subscription to keep the site alive? if so how do i go about it?

When attempting to connect our apex domain (pacerpro.com) to a published Figma Site, we received the following error:We use DNSimple to manage DNS records. i am using Macbook and its not available in the app or in the website so what is the solution for that ? its not available in the help section in the file or in the view tab and i do not have additional resources tab…My account does not have the UI3 toggle available on the desktop app or the web, please manually flag my account for the UI3 release.

I started using Figma Make 1 week ago and subscribed to the Professional plan(full seat).The design copy feature was working fine at first, but when I checked again today, it seems to be disabled and I can no longer use it.

I’m unable to add text to my design at all, not even by copy-pasting. When I select the “T” option, only a  box appears.Can someone help me with this issue?

I’m publishing my Make kit package (@my-org/figma-make-kit) to Figma’s npm registry from GitHub CI (currently 2.0.0), but when a user in our Org creats a new Make files using our Kit, Figma Make still pull the older kit-published version (1.0.0).When I try to update the kit in Figma via Edit items in kit + Update kit + Publish, Figma attempts to publish the package to Figma’s npm again and fails with “this package version already exists” and the Update kit modal also tries to bump the version (e.g., 2.0.1), which would then conflict with my CI publishing flow, as the next time we would try to publish from CI to Figma, we will get an error in CI “this package version already exists”.Is it possible to automate publishing of Figma Make Kits from our own CI?Why Figma Make is not able to consume the latest CI-published version to Figma’s npm registry without requiring Update kit to publish a new package version?

The behavior when pressing “Esc” in the Variables panel is not working as expected.
