the use of Figma in Russia

I would like to know whether it is legal for me , as a person living in Russia to use Figma while paying for the premium features from abroad ( a relative pays for it), and i continue using it in Russia?

Also i would like to ask you about the lawfulness of selling content i create in Figma in Russia, and whether this has any rules or restrictions.

It would be nice if i get an answer from a person working for Figma's support team .
