Student Plan

Hi figma, I'm new to figma and I heard you guys made a plan for students. After knowing that, I immediately registered to get the plan on August 27, 2026. But I still haven't heard from you. The status says it only takes a few minutes / 20 minutes if busy, but I've been waiting for a few days and haven't heard anything at all. Can you guys help me?

Hi, ​@Muhammad Naufal Arifin. Thanks for your post and interest in Figma for Education! I can understand your confusion - you’re actually looking to hear from SheerID rather than us when it comes to your verification since they process that.

 

You’re a higher education student, right? Our help article on Figma for Education states that SheerID will email within a few days to confirm eligibility. If you haven’t heard from them after a few days, I would contact their support team for help: figmasupport@sheerid.com. One more question - are you using your school email address with your Figma account? If not, you’ll want to change the your account email address to that for proper verification.

      Using your school email is what SheerID looks for, so that's the right address to have on the account. Verification runs through them and can take a few days — especially over a weekend. Give it another business day, and if you still haven't heard back, email figmasupport@sheerid.com directly so they can look into your submission.
