I have been using a full seat on a monthly plan, but today I accidentally added 1 full seat. while trying to find the menu to cancel my monthly subscription. The invoice has already been updated to include this change, and I wanted to cancel the extra full seat right away, but I cannot find any option to do so. I recently tried turning a Figma Make project into a PWA. After several prompts back and forth, Figma Make revealed that it didn’t fully support that functionality. Are there plans to support it later on?

Hi team, we have been prototyping some fairly complex web app concepts, and just wanted to understand what happens as we get into really high version numbers (e.g. up version 95 in the one I am looking at right now) – would like some understanding/reassurance of the limits before we really start orienting our prototyping process around Figma Make.Is there a limit on how many prompts a single file can have? Are there any risks in having a file with very high numbers of versions? I saw another post saying their file stopped being able to iterate at version 900 because of how large the prompt was getting (with all the history). Is there a way to “fork” a new file, and this file effectively restarts at version 0 – I was surprised that duplicating retains all the previous versions.Slightly worried about the usage limits of roughly 80 prompts per month – I could do this in a morning! Thank you for your understanding.Our company has five users on the Professional plan, but we were informed that only five full seats are included.We need three additional full-seat users. I’d like to know how we can increase the number of available full seats or how to assign additional full-seat users.We’re still a small company, but we expect to add at least 5–7 more users. Could you advise us on how to resolve this situation or suggest the best way forward?

everyday when i finished export jpgs and have to open the export folder. is there any easy button to open the folder directly in figma

I have been wanting to update my website recently. So I made additional pages in Figma and was going to import them with the plugin, Figma to HTML with Framer. But after days of multiple attempts and workarounds it is still not working. I can’t even update my website through Framer! The pages I made in Figma do not paste into Framer correctly. Additionally when I tried to create the new pages in Framer, that also did not work.Is there a new plugin or a trick I don’t know? Asking for a friend. 

Hi, I am the owner of an Education verified team. I recently graduated but I forgot to transfer ownership of our Figma team to the new leadership before I graduated. The team has now just been locked because we didn’t reverify our education plan. But there’s no way for me to fix this:I can’t re-verify myself because I’ve graduated I can’t transfer ownership to the new leadership who are able to verify because every time I try to transfer ownership I get a pop up saying that I can’t take any action on my locked teamI would rather they not have to make a new team and transfer everything. Can I please get help with transferring ownership for my locked team?

All my shared prototypes show a black screen today even though they were working just fine earlier.They are embedded into Confluence pages to share with my team.I see that this issue isn’t new. Is there a workaround?Thanks!

Hola, a alguien le ha ocurrido lo mismo de que en todo su proyecto de un día para otro le sale en su prototipo un recuadro negro y no le deja ver toda la vista?Ya cheque que estén bien estas opciones y me sigue saliendo igual y es en todas las vistas. ¿Me pueden ayudar a como solucionarlo?  

I’m using an Education plan and the Draw Mode / Design Mode toggle doesn’t appear in any of my design files, even after clearing cache and updating the app. Could you confirm if this feature is rolled out to Education accounts? I couldn't verify it in all the files.  

Hi! I’m a UX/UI Design student and I’m trying to create my portfolio website in Figma Sites. I already have my case study files created in Figma Design. I would think that this would be quick and easy to copy & paste my frames from Design to Sites...I was wrong. While I am able to copy the frame into the primary frame (desktop) in Figma Sites, I have to adjust every single layer to fit in the responsive frames for tablet & mobile. Is this just the way it works? Or am I doing this the hard way? It feels like I’m having to recreate each frame. I have watched a handful of Youtube videos on how to use Figma Sites, but it only shows it starting from scratch. Not importing an already existing Figma file. So I have a few questions, I have not been able to find the answers to.  1. I have a full seat Professional account I’m using for a side hustle. It’s a proper thing with a limited company, etc.Even thought the account is a few months old I just started doing work properly. I logged in for the first time since a few months ago.I have not shared any files, links, etc. yet and I’m the only user. No other designers etc.i thought I give Figma Make a try to see if it helps with getting the product to market any quicker and behold a couple of hours into the session someone appears.  It didn’t show any name on hover the tooltip was empty. I wasn’t running the app in several windows. So is it just accepted, that what I’m guessing is, Figma staff peeking into our documents? Potentially checking out our IP? as title, I’m trying to use my published library in a Figma Make project, but the export for Figma Make dialog does not pop up. Also when I click Import From Figma in Make, it does nothing. Tried closing the app and reopen but still the same. I’m on a pro education plan. Is this feature available for me? thank you

I have been seeing this double windows of same thing one is interactive and other i cant click or get rid of it. it is same thing of figma but not interactive. 

Hi Figma Team,I’m encountering an issue after a recent update where “Copy as PNG” (Cmd-Shift-C) no longer works for images, frames, or groups up to 4096 x 4096 px—which was previously the maximum import size without resizing.Before the update, I could copy a selection as a PNG, paste it into Photoshop for edits, and then (ensuring it stayed within the 4096 x 4096 px limit) paste it back into Figma – either replacing the original or as a new variant in an image component.Now, attempting this results in the attached alert. Was this an intentional change, or is this a bug?Would appreciate any insights—thanks in advance for looking into it!Best,Steve

Hi I am unable to re-verify my Figma education plan. I am an educator working for Austin Community College. I contacted SheerID and this was the response.“Hi, Thank you for contacting SheerID. We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed. “  I have also tried contacting education@figma.com but haven’t received a response. I am unsure what to do next to reset my verification or how to provide additional documentation. I am currently using my school assigned email.

Hello, I am trying to publish my website, but I have a problem with a video embed from youtube. Figma says there are no errors but still publishing is not possible. I realized, that I have a problem with an embed alt text. If I give it a title, figma doesn’t accept the format, because every time I select the iframe again it has no title (it continues removing the title). I think the format isn’t accepted. How do I have to write the title of the iframe?

Hello.I have a setup where there’s a file that acts as a library carrying main components and a couple of design files for different platforms that calls these components from the main library file.However. after some time (During which I haven’t worked on any of the files or the main library) I opened the files and found out that the majority of components and instance swaps in my design files had reset to their main states. some of them have nested variants from other components within themnothing triggered this as the files and the library were left unopened for about a month. So I wasn’t working on the project or in other words it’s not a library update that triggered this, it happened on it's own.for more details about the components in my mobile app design I had a Title bar with a varying number of icons between different pages (notification & side menu & message icons) some pages had only 1 of them.. some pages had

I have a component that displays two action icons on hover. This is actually a commonly used standard behaviour. The hover is instant. The actions are Settings and Delete. However, when I leave the hover with mouse leave, the icons remain visible, which they should not, as the component does not display these icons by default (they are hidden).But that only happens when I hover over the actions. As long as I don't "touch" them, the parent component works as expected.Where is the mistake?
