SAML SSO Login Error - Domain Not in Allowed List

  • Account used for login: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
  • Error message received:

Your SAML SSO account doesn't have an email address, (redacted by the moderator due to PII), matching one of the following: digital-engine.com, alipay.com, ant-intl.com, antgroup.com, worldfirst.com, antfin.com, alibaba-inc.com, oceanbase.com, lazada.com

It appears that the email address associated with my SAML SSO account is (redacted by the moderator due to PII) , which is not included in the allowed domain list. However, I am logging in with (redacted by the moderator due to PII) , and the domain antgroup.com is already on the allowed list.

Could you please help me with the following:

  1. Check whether the email address bound to my SAML SSO account can be updated from (redacted by the moderator due to PII) to (redacted by the moderator due to PII)?
  2. Alternatively, could you add beyondsoft.com to the list of allowed domains?

This issue is currently blocking my access to Figma. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    With this type of authentication, the email address on your account is managed by your organization's identity provider, so you'll need to work with your Figma admin to get it updated. 

    If your admin runs into an issue or error while doing that, they can open a support ticket and include your specific details, and our team can take it from there.
