Unable to Access Figma Make Prototype Despite Network Whitelisting

Hello Figma Support,

I'm experiencing an issue accessing a prototype generated with Figma Make (cf. attached file).

Following the recommendations in your network configuration documentation, our corporate security team has confirmed that the following URL has been whitelisted: 

https://figma-alpha.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/

However, the issue remains. When accessing this URL directly in a browser, both from within our corporate network and from a personal network outside the company, I receive:

<Message>Access Denied</Message>

</Error>

This suggests that the issue may not be related to our company's network filtering rules.

In addition, some of my colleagues are experiencing the exact same behavior and are also unable to access their Figma Make prototypes.

The same behavior is observed by some of my colleagues, who are also unable to access their Figma Make prototypes.

Could you please confirm:

• Whether this URL is still used by Figma Make
• Whether additional domains must be whitelisted
• Whether there are any known issues affecting Figma Make prototypes
