Hi @Shiina Kochiya — welcome to Figma Forum, and sorry to hear about the trouble locating your design board.

The "Hmm, we couldn't find that one" error can mean something has changed with your permissions or where the file exists. A few things to narrow down:

  1. Review the trash folder: If someone inadvertently moved it to the trash, follow these steps to retrieve it: Delete and restore files → Restore files from the trash.
  2. Double check with your team: The file may have been moved or permissions changed by a teammate. Could you confirm whether everyone on the team is seeing the exact same error?
  3. Confirm you're in the right account: If you've ever used more than one email with Figma, make sure you're logged into the account that has access to this file. Here's how to check: Switch between accounts.

I also removed the screenshot from your post to protect your privacy, as it contained some personal information — appreciate your understanding on that.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there. 🙏🏻

Hi @Tom Reem
Thanks for the reply, but I have tried to search the trash folder, nothing is there. Everyone on my team are also experiencing the same error, all have confirmed that no one deleted for moved the board, and I am on the correct account.

Hi @Shiina Kochiya — sorry to keep you waiting here and thanks for taking the time to check with your team. I can't access or share file specifics within this public space, but I do want to make sure this gets resolved as soon as possible. I went ahead and opened a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team so that they can take a look behind the scenes. Your case number is: 1819881, and they'll be in touch as soon as they've had a chance to review.

In the meantime, if you're able to locate the file URL, the team it was under, and the approximate date it was created, please reply to the email from our support team with those details — it'll help speed up the investigation.

Please keep an eye on the email inbox tied to your Figma account for updates.

When you have a moment, please check the inbox tied to your Figma account for their message referencing case number: 1819881, and confirm the details they've asked for.

Once we have that, we'll be able to move forward. Appreciate you working with us on this
