Education plan unable to be verified

Hello, 

I’m an undergraduate student and I’ve been trying to join the education plan for figma and its unable to be verified. I don’t understand what is wrong… I’m using my student email, personal computer and not using any vpn. My collegues were able to use the education plan and got verified and im doing the exact same steps. I already reached out to the SheerID verification supports team but still did not hear from them. i need urgent help please.

SheerID runs the education verification process end to end, so they're the right team to pinpoint what's blocking yours. A couple of things that may help:

  1. Double check that your application meets the higher education requirements in this guide: Figma for Education → Verify your education status.
  2. Then reach out to the Figma-specific SheerID team at figmasupport@sheerid.com — if you contacted their general support before, this address routes to the team that can take a deeper look at your case.
