As the title states, I’ve built a prototype in Figma and when testing it on my phone links to external sites open, but take my figma app to the ‘recent’ section of the app rather than back to the prototype. Is there a way to have this not happen and stay within the prototype when opening a link? I’ve attached a video to show what I mean.

It seems that I accidentally registered guest seats that I had granted access to, and they have already been billed for a full year. This was not my intention, as I am not able to afford paying for 3 seats annually at once. I only need 1 seat to be billed annually for the next year. I’d like to ask the community if anyone has faced a similar issue. I still want to use Figma Pro, but only for one account. For the additional 2 seats added in January, I would prefer to pay for them on a monthly basis instead.

Hey Figma team/user community,I have this file that I created on my Figma account that lists me as the owner, I still can’t seem to have edit access? I don’t know if it’s another alternative account that created it but I’ve tried a few different emails. Is there a way to find out the true owner email address for the figma account that has access?Am I missing something obvious? This is the only file I can’t access.

I have a Make file which I’ve published as a template. The file itself has references to GitHub, Confluence, and a CDN. When creating a new Make file, selecting this template, and using the Remix button, it fails (mainly for other users) and throws up an error in the left-hand Make panel. Clicking Fix me doesn’t resolve the issue.The workaround is to pick the template up from Resources and clicking Use template. This seems to work fine every time, but does mean you have to manually move the file from the Drafts folder to the desired location. Is there a bug using the Remix route?Please can you investigate?

Перезагружала, удаляла, устанавливала заново. Их нет. Нет, к слову, и в веб-версии. Подскажите, в чем может быть причина?

Hi, Someone inadvertently renamed the typography presets in our Library and published it. I restored the library but all the components that rely on the original text presets have been severed. Is there ANY way to restore the text’s original association with their respective presets? Please help!

Hi everyone,I’m creating an interactive form in Figma. The first question has 3 selectable tiles. I want an additional field to appear only if the second tile is selected.I tried using interactive components, but I’m not sure how to set it up so that the extra field only shows for that option.Any guidance or examples would be much appreciated!Thanks!

Ho Do I move the design created by figma AI into editing myself?

Extended collections work very well in simple scenarios like having multiple brands with light an dark mode. But there is more than brand specific colors.Requirement:We want to be able to define brand specific font sizes for desktop and mobile devices. In order to do so we have to introduce an additional “device” collection with a “desktop” and “mobile” mode. Then we connect the extended collection (aka the brand collection) with the device collection.Now we can easily switch between brands + devices and the font size changes accordingly.Problem:But when the brand specific font sizes are changed in the variable view, the designs do not automatically update. You have to select the layers, switch modes manually back and forth and only then the variable changes are visible. This means everything is connected correctly, but the automatic update of the layers does not work properly, which makes extended collections unus

Hi all I’ve seen a lot of tutorials but I can’t find a solution for my issue.I want to create an interactive slider with 3 statuses: Off - ON - REDNow the middle status ON should be the default one.How can I drag to left and right on the same component variation?Picture show the first middle variant as default.

It’s not what I agreed to when I made these monthly purchases before that date in time. I’m getting ripped off.This program also is *terrible* at saving my work, and I have had to re-correct it almost every single time I reopen the program up to continue my classwork. So even if I agreed to this, the program forces me to spend time fixing up what it didn’t decide to save. After multiple fail-safes I have put in.Stop. Wasting. My. Hello,we are currently exploring how the new extended collection feature is working.We figured out that variables in extended collections that are connected with font styles are not updating the font styles when changed. You have to detach and re-attach the font style to get the changes in the variables.How you can achieve this:You can easily reproduce the bug in the community file that Luis provided - see attached link.1. Create a text layer for each brand using the "Heading" style2. Go to the "Typography Primitives" collection and change each brands "Family Sans" variable to a different font family3. You will see that only the Heading of the original Theme collection will change, but not the other brands (coming from the extended collection).4. Detach/Reattach the Heading style for the brands and the change happens Conclusion: there seems to be a bug that avoids that text styles are aut

The greyed out collections matches my real collection name, but not the number I have a “ghost” set of variable collections in my library file (greyed out, but i can see the variables).I cannot see any of my true “theming” colors in files that’s using this library. I think the ghost variable count is overriding the real collections.

Hi there! I have noticed a change in the behavior of annotations while zooming the canvas that is challenging our workflow.Up until the latest update, annotations would have a fixed maximum size at zoom levels between 25600% (max) and 100%. Zooming out to levels below 100%, they would start scaling down.Now however, this threshold seems to have been lowered from 100% to 50%. Why is it a problem?Because we space out our screen designs so that the gaps in between can comfortably hold annotations, no matter the zoom value.This now leads to annotations overlapping adjacent screens and blocking them visibly. Increasing the spacing is out of question because screens are already generously spread apart.Moreover, in projects with extensive documentation, where annotations stack vertically, this behavior reaches a whole new dimension (literally, the Y axis 😅). I’m the admin of my team, and my e-mail id has changed. Everytime I try to change my e-mail id in figma from my account, after clicking on the verification mail, this message show up: ‘your link has expired or is malformed’. I’ve tried with Google SSO login and with just email and password - nothing seems to be working.Also, how do I update my billing info?

Whenever I try to copy and paste screens into my client’s Figma workspace, some (not all) images will disappear (there will be a toast message that says ‘image invalid’. When I inspect the component in the original file, the image is there. Anyone else has this issue / has any solution to this?

Hi Figma team,I’m posting here in hopes of getting help or visibility on an account access issue.My Figma account was originally created using a school email address. That email has since been permanently deleted by the school after graduation, so I no longer have access to it.Because of this, all login and verification codes are sent to an email address that no longer exists, which has completely locked me out of my account and the files associated with it.I still have access to the device and browser previously used with this account and can provide any information needed to verify ownership (previous projects, team names, billing info, etc.).Is there a way to manually update the account email to my personal address or otherwise recover access without the old school email?Thanks in advance — I’d really appreciate any help with this.Best regards,Carimo

Hi! I just created a website home page with Figma AI (it should be on Figma Sites). Now, i'd like to move it to my elementor so i can use it to make my effective website.I've read that i can only do this with plugins, but it seems that i can only use plugins with Figma Design, correct?And so, i have some questions:Can i make my “Figma Sites” page become a “Figma Design” page?  If yes, can i do it for free or i should upgrade Figma license to professional?I have the free version on Figma, and on Sites it looks like i can’t even edit elements without asking AI. So i can’t see layers and all that stuff. Can you help me with that? Thanks!

I created a connected project in Figma and invited my client (we both have pro plans). My client added one of his files to collaborate with.Now we want to move his file (they created that file in their workspace a long time ago) out of our shared project again, but neither me or him are able to do so.Any ideas how to do this?

ello, I'm just learning Figma Make and I'm having problems with the prototype. The interactive Figma Make prototype sometimes opens, sometimes not. My colleagues have no problem opening it. But for me, the loader just keeps spinning. What could be the problem?
