Figma AI Agent completely unusable – persistent “Something went wrong” errors

Thanks for your post, ​@Kaspar C, and for including the error code. It can be confusing what to do in this situation because that code doesn’t really tell you what happened.

Since you’ve already retried, could you reload the Figma tab (or restart the desktop app) and try a new agent thread using the + button? Also, does the same error happen in other design files too, or only this one? If you continue having trouble after that, I’ll help you get in touch with our support team so they can take a look.
