How to remove the “Education plan” from account?

Hey, ​@Alba Anton! Thanks for posting, and totally understandable that you’d like to go back to your paid Professional plan.

Was the Education plan applied to the same team that was previously on Professional, or to a different team? Since we can’t directly assist with that here in the forum, I can create a ticket for you with our support team. I’d like to include that information with the ticket if this is the situation you’re in.

If your Professional plan had actually expired and the team was a Starter team before changing to an Education team, then you can actually just upgrade it to the Professional plan if you don’t need to collaborate with other Education team members. The alternative is to create a new team, upgrade that to Professional, then move files to the new team.
