Rechat plugin formatting issue - extra line break after placeholder text

I have a single text box with multiple lines of text (2 Bed <br> 1 Bath <br> 1,234 SqFt). I have made the “2”, “1”, and “1,234 SQFT” placeholders using the Rechat plugin. The text box is set to auto width and is also generally larger than the text it contains. However, when it is pushed into Rechat, the numbers show above the text (e.g. 2 <br> Bed <br> 1 <br> Bath). I can’t find any logical reason why this would be happening and would appreciate your insight. Thank you!
