Hello, I am facing a bug where my FigJam board slowly scrolls to the right whenever my cursor is anywhere on the screen. The only way I can get it to not scroll is by holding a key on my keyboard. I have refreshed, restarted my session, turned my mouse off and on, but it is continuing to scroll. This is not happening on other web pages with left/right scroll, so I do not think it is related to hardware.

I made a project in Figma. It seems to work fine, but I want to download all the files so I can compile it into a windows exe file. However there doesn’t seem to be a way to download everything in the project. I even asked the AI to help me out and it seems to be quite irritated saying I have all the files I just now need to download them. I do want to download them, I just don’t know how. I can’t find any control that says download files. Can someone help me with this please?

Hi,We have an issue with DNS record verification in Figma sites.All DNS records (including CNAME and any required verification records) have been correctly configured according to Figma’s requirements and have ​​successfully propagated​​. It’s now been ​​over 5 days since the DNS changes but we still have an issue with the CNAME record. The checking in Figma is down : It’s up for the TXT and A records.Thanks for your help !Max

Hi, I’m testing a token refresh method that uses OAuth to enable the regular execution of processes that were previously handled via personal access tokens(PAT).Using a PAT for a specific organization account, we can successfully extract data from organization projects and retrieve all of the following:/v1/teams/:team_id/projects/v1/projects/:project_id/files/v1/files/:file_key However, after switching to OAuth, creating an app, and publishing it with the `file_content:read` and `projects:read` scopes enabled, I can only retrieve `/v1/files/:file_key` data. `/projects` list and `/files` list return a "Not Found" error and cannot be retrieved.According to the documentation, enabling and publishing the "projects:read" scope should grant access. Why are we receiving a 404 error? 

First of all — huge fan of Figma Make. It’s an amazing product, our whole studio’s been obsessed with it since day one. But right now we’ve hit a major roadblock that completely stopped our workflow 😬The issue is with the “Import from Figma” feature in Figma Make simply doesn’t work.When you click the button — absolutely nothing happens (no error, message no loading, no import)— tested it on several different accounts — restarted and reinstalled the app — tried using it via browser and in new files it’s literally blocking our entire studio’s workflow. Please help us fix thislove

I have an input box component used in a prototype that is supposed to expand vertically as the text grows. However, there’s a noticeable flicker around the border whenever the component grows in height.I tried rebuilding the input box from scratch, but the issue still occurs. It looks like the flicker happens when I add the border around it, but no idea why or how to fix it. PS: all the properties are the same in all components

I got interested in Figma so I bought an e-course. I encountered a few problems that Im unable to get around. I tried googling and looking through forums but I didnt find an answer.So the teacher uses a slightly older version of Figma. After adding any type of element (a frame, text, etc.), there appears a "layer" tab on the right side. There isn't one on my end.Additionally, the "auto layout" isn't the same as in the lessons. In the lesson, there is advanced layout and it contains spacing modes, strokes, canvas stacking. In my case, these settings arent there.Could you help me out with finding them? Or have these features been deleted? AI chatbot told me a bunch of gibberish…Thanks for help!

In my companies design system we utilize Modes to alter the font styles across all viewports. Everything is defined to be responsive, except the font-weight. The font weight is defined on a global scale on our primitive level.My companies Font is Helvetica Display Now. Which is running in OTF format on my Mac. When using this font in Figma a strange behavior happens:  When applying the correct font weight in the variable for regular as specified in the MDN documentaiton an extra bold font is outputted. To make it even more strange when I apply the string variable “Regular” this happens: The Font is rendered in the correct weight, but no token is applied in the font weight. I know this is a common problem, because only tokens setup as a number are outputted in the dev mode for font weight.This causes friction between developers and design system teams becau

I use Figma every day but I STILL don’t understand the correct/preferred way to do this. Say I have a component with 1 variant and 1 property (say “State=Open/Closed”). What I want is to create a new variant property that applies to BOTH of the existing variants (say “Size=Default/Small”) and automatically duplicates the components (to the RIGHT) and applies the new property. Is there a way to do this OTHER than resizing the set, manually creating the property, duplicating the components, and apply and setting the new property? Maybe as a plugin? I need to do this ALL the time. I’m aware that you can create all your variants FIRST and then do “Combine as variants” but that’s not what I need, because I don’t always know in advance all the variants I need.

I'm prototyping a horizontal product carousel in Figma using component variants. I want both the left and right chevron buttons to animate between visible states, but I'm seeing that advanced transitions (e.g., Slide in/out, Push) are only available for one direction (right chevron), not the other (left chevron).Has anyone else encountered this? Hi Figma,following use case:30 slides, 4 contain 720p videos, the rest 1080p images.Client receives the shared link, quickly skips through all slides. Client sees some unloaded image frames and pixelated images, fine, that’s expected. Client assumes the images and videos will load at some point, so he waits. The current slide finishes loading, okay. Client quickly skips back to previous slides, and here’s the issue: those slides are unloaded again, and Figma shows the lower-resolution versions again instead.So the client’s expectation that “the presentation is loading in the background” is actually not true, slides get unloaded as they navigate. I assume this is related to: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052988373-Image-loading-and-performanceYes, there’s the option to make the file available offline, but this requires telling the client to manually enable it. In my opinion, that’s a usability problem when the natural expectation is that the deck preloads in the background

This just started today. After any prompt I make in apparently any existing Figma Make file I have, I’m getting a “something went wrong error”.After the prompt, the system does the work. But as it is working and describing what it is doing, after maybe 20 seconds, I get the error message.This happens both in the browser and in the desktop app.I’m using a Mac, and I’ve gone through the troubleshooting checklist.

My institution does not provide an institutional email, so I use my Gmail account. However, I have documents that prove my enrollment. I recently heard that Figma make is now free for edu plan users. I do have an edu account made specially for that but why isn’t Figma make not accessible to me still? I want to use it as a practicing product designer!
