Full Seat but says Im on the Free Plan

I understand you're seeing an in-app message saying you're on the Free Starter plan, even though you've signed up for a Full seat on the Professional plan.

I checked internally, and it looks like your account has access to two teams — one on the Professional plan and one on the Starter plan.

Could you double-check which team you were working in when you saw the message?
You can switch between teams in your file browser by clicking the dropdown icon next to the team name.

If you were working within your Professional plan team and still saw a message related to the Free Starter plan, we’d be happy to investigate further.
In that case, could you please share the file URL or a screenshot of the full Figma screen that includes the message?

I’m having the same problem.

I already tried creating new files on both the Draft and my teams folder and I’m still getting the same message.

Hey ​@Daniel Pace - just to confirm: you are only part of one team, correct? It is just the one team that you own yourself that is currently on a pro plan?

Is it possible you have a second account, or possibly a part of another team that isn’t owned by you?
