Hi javmova, Céline from Figma here. I hope that’s okay, I’ll reply in English as I don’t speak Spanish. Thanks for explaining your situation! I understand that this can be confusing, especially since you were previously able to verify manually.

For bootcamp or online program students, I confirm there is no action needed from you directly in the form. We’re not able to manually review or approve student accounts from our side. The administrator of your bootcamp or online course must verify your account on your behalf.

This is why, when you select “Bootcamp or Online Program”, the form asks you to contact an administrator. Bootcamp and online course students (and educators) cannot self-verify by uploading documents.

In order for students to be verified, the bootcamp or online program (such as Platzi) needs to apply to join our list of trusted partners and handle student verification directly. If the program doesn’t manage student accounts centrally, we’re unfortunately not able to move forward with verification at this time. I’d recommend reaching out directly to Platzi’s administrators for further guidance.

More details on how Figma For Education works here.

I know this is different from how verification worked before, but this change is expected behavior under the current system. Hope this clarifies!
