Charged after cancelling plan (Starter plan user)

Hi Figma team,

I’m posting here because I believe there’s been a billing error on my account.

I received a subscription renewal reminder on Dec 24 and cancelled my plan the same day (several days ago). My profile clearly shows that I’m on the Starter plan.

However, a few minutes ago, I was charged $15 by Figma.

I contacted Figma AI support, and it told me the charge is not refundable and advised me to post here instead. Since I cancelled before the renewal and my account is on Starter, this charge appears to be a mistake.

Could someone from the Figma team please help look into this and reverse the charge?
