Subscription cancelled but it still charged

On 29th Novemeber 2025, I bought a Pro Subscription for a Collab Seat on one account and cancelled on the same or if not next day it so that it wouldn’t renew a month later.

 

Today, 29th December 2025 it has charged me again for more money for a “Full Seat” on a cancelled subscription with no prior warning that it was going to be charged.

Alongside this, I am also still on a free plan which contradicts the payment totally.

 

I’d like for the charge to be refunded due to me cancelling the subscription originally.
