I need help for download Figma in my Macbook version 11.7  

Hey, I just published a Bootstrap Design System into a team library.  When I create a file, and import that library, I get the assets but not the variables.The variables were published, I confirmed that.  When I go to include the library in my file, it shows me all the variables included with that library.  But after including the library, and importing it, only the assets come in.  No variables.  Am I doing something wrong? Thanks guys!-Mike

I can’t get in to my account , the account still exists, but password reset emails are not being received.I need assistance recovering access :( Please HELP)  The account is used for my work and under my work email!

Hey support team, I need your help. The project files that was created for me on August 2024 has suddenly disappear  from my account. I couldn’t say exactly when it disappeared I only notice when I want to resume working on the project. Please how can I recover these files? It is very important to me.Thanks

There seems to be a problem with the rendering of the PlantUML diagrams on the figma board, but in the editor it works properly.I create a new diagram (which renders), go to edit (which shows properly), change the code (which is correctly visualized), but when I go to save, the diagram is not rendered correctly. When I go to edit again, it shows the unsaved code.

Hello,I’m reporting a billing issue related to file and team permissions.I shared a Figma project strictly in an educational context. Without my authorization or confirmation, users who accessed the file were upgraded to Professional seats, and my account was charged automatically.I did not approve a plan upgrade, paid seats, or any billing change.This appears to be a permissions and billing control issue, where third-party access triggered a paid upgrade without explicit owner consent.I have already opened a support ticket (#1694611), but I wanted to ask if this behavior is expected or if there is a recommended way to prevent unauthorized billing when sharing files for educational purposes.Thank you. 

Hi, I am writting here because I subcribed to Figma pro a month ago in order to try the figma make AI a little bit and I can’t find this subscription anymore whereas I can see that I have been charged another month. Hello,I don’t have the option Open Session i my Figma to invite guest to edit.I’m currently attending a course in UX/UI desgin ang my classmate has the option in their Figma but I don’t have it in mine and we are using it in the same way as far as I’m aware.I have a card sorting extercise I need to invite outsiders to perform whom don’t have or use Figma and even if all the settings is set to “anyone can edit” noone can, I’ve tried all possible solutions.Mind you, I am a beginner in Figma so I have asked CGPT, Figma bot and my classmates for help but to no avail. Our teacher is currently under the weather and can’t assist. Thank you for you help! 

My account was downgraded to the starter plan, however I have still received invoices. Please tell me the date I downgraded my account, and if I am receiving the charges in error - as I cannot access any billing information.

I have tried many times to verify my student account but  each time it says “We're unable to verify you using the information submitted. Please check your information for accuracy, and only use your own mobile device or computer”anything else i can provide to verify my status?

Expectations:As a designer in Figma i want my components to always remember my edited properties in all instances in my prototypes.Problem:When I sometimes have a instance component in another component it doesn’t behave as expected. It seems like my edited properties gets forgotten, like some memory loss.Example:I have a “Button” where I can change properties for icon, label, body, description, badge. I change it to only display a ‘truck’ icon and the label ‘Shipping’. When I place it on my canvas it works good as expected, with a background being shown on hover and the icon and label remains the same. When I use the buttons in another component called “Card” it still works good. Hi there, I am a website tester and many of the tests I work on are Figma prototypes.  These often crash while I am working on them (usually when scrolling/moving the page) when using Chrome/Firefox and then won’t reload. It happens more frequently using Chrome. The screen freezes temporarily and then goes blank with a crash icon in the top left - when I press refresh the prototype does not reload. This has happened when using many different prototypes over a period of months that have all been sent to me from different sources.I thought I had found a solution for this (changing Choose ANGLE graphics backend to D3D11) which seemed to work for a while, but the issue has started again.  This only happens when trying to use the prototype on my laptop screen - if I connect to an external monitor it doesn’t happen.  All of my browsers/drivers are up to date.  I have tried clearing cache. I am using an ASUS Zenbook 14, Windows 11, Intel Arc Graphics.If anybody can help with this issue it wou

Hello. Is there any way to solve my problem without plugins?We with team mate have file, that we use to work and now stored in personal account. File must be shared to view other team, and it's preferably to move on common corporate account.But our Figma components must be forbidden to using other team. It may confuse designers and dev team, if they will see components with similar names.Despite we have these components in separate file, other team will see them.For example, designer making something with component: he press Shift+I to see assets, print "Header", then he see "Header" design component and "Header" our component, it's confusing.This is actual component logic, isn’t it?So is there exist way to stay file sharing for team viewing, stay file editing for just 2 people, but forbid using components by other team except specified 2 people? I found this topic, but seems like symbols _ and . now not making component private

I have a free account and plugins were working alright for me, until today when I could no longer launch any plugins. The buttons for plugins on the right bar are entirely unresponsive. The ‘new plugin’ button is also unresponsive.

When I try to copy and paste a frame, Figma only copies and pastes the text in the frame. When I try to copy and paste an image, an icon etc. It simply doesn’t paste anything. The copy & paste function was working perfectly and all of a sudden it stopped working.
