Figma draw files missing

I understand you’ve lost access to a file.

I checked our backend and couldn’t locate the file from the URL you shared. However, I did notice that a team created before 2024-10-28 appears to have been deleted, which may explain the missing files.

When a team is deleted:

• All files and projects within the team are also removed. - Delete a team

• The team owner receives a confirmation email that includes a link to restore the team and all its files and projects. 

Please check the team owner’s inbox (this might be you), including the spam folder, for that confirmation email and try restoring the team from the link. Only the team owner can restore a deleted team, and they have 28 days from the date of deletion to do so.

Hello ​@Junko3, I haven’t deleted the team, and also do not have any information about the deleted team in the inbox. 
Only team deletion I have performed was for the one named: Tuolpagorni,

And that was recently on March-12th. And it did not had any files in it.
I have checked my spam folder also.

Unfortunately, without the file URL, we're unable to track it down. What we can do at this point is suggest trying to restore the deleted team.

If you can't find the confirmation email from when the team was deleted, I can connect you with support to request that they resend the confirmation email.
