no puedo haceder a las herramientas

I hope it is ok that I reply in English. I understand how this must be slowing down your workflow, so I took a look on the backend. And you’re on a Starter plan with a View seat, which can sometimes limit editing depending on how the file is set up.
 

To help narrow this down, can you please confirm if you created the file you’re trying to edit, or was it shared with you by someone else?
 

On the Starter plan, you can create and edit unlimited files in your Drafts. However, if a file is shared with you with view-only permissions, or if it’s in a project where you don’t have edit access, you’ll only be able to comment (and the editing tools won’t appear). Also, Starter teams are limited to 3 design files per team project, so if that limit has been reached, creating new files in the team may not be possible.

Hola no me importa si me hablas en inglés mira no puedo crear ningún documento solo me aparece las tres archivos de las herramientas quiero entrar en una herramientas que tenes y que hay es como me dijo el profe pero no puedo editar ni nada solo comentar no puedo crear archivos porque no me aparece y no me and compartido nada  solo me aparece los tres archivos de la apps que es el uso de herramientas pero entro en uno y no me deja pero con otros compañeros le aparecen en la app como para borra y editar pero ami solo me deja comentar queres que te pase captura !?

From what you’ve shared, it sounds like the file you’re trying to edit was created and shared with you by someone else. Is that correct? And if so, can you share the URL file link?

Again, from what I can see, you are on a Starter plan, but with a View only seat, which explains why you cannot edit. Please provide the file link, if you can, and I will take a look at its permissions on your behalf.

 Mira te paso unas capturas de  lo que me aparece y te grave dos captura de pantalla   porque no ees nada compartido sino que son sus herramientas las que no puedo utilizar y que solo puedo ver y comentar

From what I can see, these files seem to have been shared with you with can view access only. This may be why you still have a View seat on your Starter plan, cannot edit, and can only comment.
All of these files are resources from our Figma Community though. Can you try opening the files directly from their original Community pages?

After clicking Open in Figma or Open in FigJam, you’ll be prompted to open the file in your Drafts. Then, from your drafts, you should be able to edit the files as expected.
