Urgent: Accidentally removed my account from plan and need to recover files

I have a ticket open for this but have yet to get a response. Ticket #1809843

 

I was recently removed from my company’s Figma account and added back. Once added back, files in my drafts over the last 7 months have disappeared. Hoping to recover the files.

I completely understand how important it is to recover your drafts. When a team member is removed from a team, their drafts created within that team become unassigned and no longer visible to the original owner after they’re re-added. Since you’ve been re-added, I recommend reaching out to your team Admin and asking them to check the Admin console → Content → Unassigned drafts, where they should be able to locate and reassign those files back to you.
 

It’s also great to hear that you’ve opened a support ticket (#1809843). The support team there can take a deeper look and help restore access, if needed. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to support directly via email.
