In some cases, this type of error can be linked to a declined payment. From our side, declines are often marked as “generic,” so we don’t always get a clear reason. If everything looks correct with your card details, it may help to try another card or check directly with your bank for more information. (Please note, for privacy and security, card issuers can only discuss the specifics of a declined payment with their cardholders – they can't discuss this with the merchant.)
