I am not able to use figma make live intraction, it saying- live preview loading, intraction may not be saved. 

check this issue why this happening to me

To help narrow things down, it would be great if you could share a bit more:

  1. Is this still happening? If so, could you check whether it's related to the issue you reported in this thread: preview of figma make design showing empty or black — or if this feels like a separate problem?
  2. Any additional error details? When the preview attempts to load, are there any other messages beyond "interaction may not be saved" — such as error codes or numbers?
  3. Steps to reproduce: Could you walk me through the specific steps leading up to where things get stuck? Details on the types of prompts you're entering and how many would also help me test on my end.
  4. Troubleshooting resource: Please take a look through this guide and let me know if anything matches what you're seeing: Troubleshoot in Figma Make → Error messages.

If you've worked through all of that and things still aren't resolved, reply back here with any screenshots or specific error messages and I'll escalate this for further review. 🙏🏻

when i click point and view button then it showing this message- “Live preview loading, intractions may not be saved”, even after 10-15 min of continue showing this message still not able to use point and edit feature in ui , this is showing same message in any page of any ui.

 

In console i did not see any error message related to this issue, even after hard/ full refresh still same. after click of point and view, my UI screen stop responding with this message,

many times I have to make 2-3 times refresh to actully see my UI design, else it showing loading like this.

Same issue i’ve been facing since march. I’ve been speaking with support team but nothing’s working.

I completely understand your frustration with this. Glad to hear support is already helping you with this. It looks like the responded to you on ticket #1796404,. 

For easy reference and potential troubleshooting tips for others in the community, since the Figma Make preview is loading on our end, please check if the “Check network settings” tool is still showing that access to the Make domain is blocked. 
 
And try connecting to a different internet network such as a mobile hotspot.  From there, try loading the preview on that different network and run the “Check network settings” tool again.
