Refund Request for Accidental Personal Subscription

Hello,

I would like to request a refund for a recent subscription charge.

I accidentally purchased the plan using my personal account, while it was intended for a team project.
I have not used any of the paid features after the payment.

Since this was an unintended purchase, I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and process a refund.

Hi ​@정인희 - thank you for checking in! I did some searching on my end, and I see that Vic was able to assist you already via email (ticket #1813777).

They confirmed this should now be resolved. Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if you need assistance with something else.
