My organization wanted to rely on Figjam to post notifications to a Slack channel for transparency to the team (particularly for those who dont have time to peruse FigJam but need to be informed).
Unfortunately, it seems we only see notifications maybe 1 out of 10 comments from FigJam.
I have confirmed we have the channels all set up and properly subscribed to the correct files. I have even conducted a successful test, so it seemed promising, but after attempting to utilize it for a couple weeks now, I’m finding the comments rarely post to the channels even though I’ve set it up to post in real time.
I am at least getting the comments I am @’ed on directly in the Figma app messages in Slack, but the channels are incredibly unreliable.
Is this a known issue or is there something I’m misunderstanding on how this channel integration should function?
